When choosing a design for your new home you need to know if there are any restrictions on your planning permission or a special conditions imposed for the site.

Once that is clear you can choose a house design you like. Sometimes the design is not exactly as you would like it. Here we can help by customising the design for you. If you add walls, doors or windows then there is usually a charge for it. Minor changes like taking out or repositioning a wall, door or a window are usually free of charge.

Choose a house design you like the most and print the plans, sketch your alterations on it and send it to us for estimating.

Once we receive all the info from you, we can advise you first how feasible it is to achieve what you require or offer you alternative design options and layouts.
